Jessica Stout, Chief Strategist

JRBS Consulting is run by Jessica Stout, a freelance marketing, public relations and event professional with 10+ years of experience consulting for a wide-ranging client base with a particular expertise in leveraging innovative strategies to affect change.

Jessica’s background is focused on public affairs communications creating and leading campaigns to drive message and market growth, leveraging the development and implementation of digital campaign platforms, message development, and coalition building. She also has experience producing large-scale events to enhance brand awareness.  Jessica served as a producer for primary debates acting as the liaison between campaigns, networks and other partners. She was also the deputy creative director for the 2016 Democratic National Convention.

Jessica is involved in her community serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Hobbs and Make-a-Wish golf tournament. She is also a graduate of the J.F. Maddox Foundation Leadership Institute.
