JRBS Consulting is run by Jessica Stout, a freelance marketing, public relations and event professional with 10+ years of experience consulting for a wide-ranging client base with a particular expertise in leveraging innovative strategies to affect change.
Jessica’s background is focused on public affairs communications creating and leading campaigns to drive message and market growth, leveraging the development and implementation of digital campaign platforms, message development, and coalition building. She also has experience producing large-scale events to enhance brand awareness. She also has experience producing large-scale events to enhance brand awareness such as the Democratic National Convention (2016 and 2020) and the Kennedy Center Honors.
In response to the pandemic, Jessica took her love of storytelling and passion for logistics virtual producing small and large-scale events on a variety of digital platforms.
Jessica is involved in her community serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Hobbs and Make-a-Wish golf tournament. She is also a graduate of the J.F Maddox Foundation Leadership Institute.
